We believe education removes barriers and
presents a better model for today's investor.

Connecting With Your Peers
In class you will enjoy the camaraderie of other women as you work collectively on your personal and financial goals.  The result is a safe and supportive environment that leads to learning from the experience of others.  Whether you have absolutely no investment background or you want a sophisticated discussion, there is a place for you.

A Commitment to Learning
You identify your own goals and the course work that you feel you need.  In class, you and your fellow peers will discuss your progress and challenges.  You will also be examining the markets, investment strategies, and the paths that work best for you.  Guest speakers are invited to explore topics such as: taxes, estate planning, communication skills, behavioral economics, and more.  Enrollment is always open and covers 12 months.  Most classes meet once a month - for 9 months out of the year.

Enrollment
Your first two classes are free. The first step is to attend a  "Getting Started"  class.  This offers a brief overview on investing, goal setting, and investment behaviors.  For your second class, you will be asked to visit an existing class.  We want to make sure that you are with the group of women who can best support your needs and education level. We meet 9 months out of the year.  Enrollment is ongoing and is for a yearly commitment.

Please see the Class Schedules for dates and times. Reservations are required.  For availability, call Barbara Norman at (619) 501-6011 or email bnorman@womensfinancialacademy.com.
